Our turnkey service includes foundation slab realization, supply and assembly of the structure, technical assistance, and production upon request of covering, bleachers, and fences.

Structure

Innovation at Your Service

With our engineers, we have studied the structure in detail to offer a resistant product that has at the same time an elegant and linear design. Thanks to our innovative method, we can construct a slab with a lower thickness than the standard market average. This innovation allows us to anchor the columns to the foundation without additional components that could hinder the passage. Moreover, we guarantee the minimum distance between the internal lateral meshes allowing the ball to bounce over the entire surface.

Every material used in the construction is certified according to current regulations. Components are made in Italy according to the CE European regulation. Materials are UNI EN 1090 certified for the executions of steel structure and apply the EXC3 qualification standard (high-quality profile requirement).

Glasses

Double Glass, Double Security

Our glasses, designed to offer maximum security and resistance, are compliant with the international safety standards for padel courts. They consist of two 6 mm sheets of tempered glass coupled with special adhesive glue. This system is more secure than the use of a single glass sheet. In case of glass breakage, there won’t be any dispersal of sharps material because the splinters will stick to the other glass avoiding the risk of accidents.

Lighting

Play Hard, Even at Night

Thanks to the collaboration with a lighting study company, we have set up a lighting system that allows you to make the most of your court even at night. We have studied position, height, inclination degree, floodlight model, and external lights layout to offer you optimal lighting and the maximum freedom of movement inside the court.

Designed to Please the Eye

We have realized the structure and its details combining different blue: those of the turf, and the Effeci Padel Cobalt Blue of the other components. The colours create an elegant and harmonious visual impact. To make every court unique, we offer the possibility to custom the safety protections with your logo.

How much space do I need to build a padel court?

For Standard and Panoramic court models, the minimum average space required is 21×11 meters.

Which soil type is needed to build a padel court?

The soil must not have specific characteristics. Our slab foundations guarantee a homogeneous load distribution, and it perfectly fits even on grounds with poor resistance. The ideal standard is a concrete foundation with 17cm of thickness.

How much time does it takes to build a padel court?

For the construction and implementation of our courts, we estimate approximately 30/35 working days.

Which authorization do I need to build a padel court?

In Italy, a padel court is considered a simple structure subject to a building permit or SCIA (Certified Start Activity Advisory) that must be presented to the municipality, accompanied by an executive project prepared by a qualified professional (Architect, Engineer etc.).
